Exercise OR Not?

Many dieters or those who want to lose weight think that exercise is necessary to lose weight.

My plan was not to exercise much, other than walking the dog twice a day. I tried to walk fast ( Charlie made me), but because of my physical condition, arthritis, severe leg neuropathy, I wasn’t able to do much more than that.

See how great I feel!

If you can exercise go ahead and do it as you will shed pounds and feel better overall. It won’t hurt to do the treadmill, run or lift weights but I’m here to tell you that I lost the 50+lbs without much exercise.

As I lost weight, the pain of arthritis, neuropathy got better and better, so if your body is hurting expect to feel a lot of pain relief!
